When it comes to gas heating, Shoalhaven Gas Hotwater and Elements
are definitely the No. 1 choice. We can arrange installation packages
to suit most room areas, from unflued heaters to state of the art
gas log fires.
Gas appliances are rated in megajoules (MJ), which is the equivalent
of watts in an electric product, 3.6MJ = 1000 watts. Gas cylinders
contain approximately 88 litres of gas. A 25 MJ appliance uses one
litre of gas per hour when on high.
When deciding on gas heating the following can be helpful:
- Work out the square meterage of the space you need to heat.
Your original house plans can often be the easiest method.
- Check the position of where you require the gas service per
the following diagrams, exclusion zones are shaded:
